I’ve led people strategy across in-person, hybrid, and fully remote teams; scaled organizations; implemented Collective Bargaining Agreements; advised executives; and embedded inclusion into every system I’ve designed.

I started Clarity Point HQ because I’ve always known that teams and workplaces could be better — not just more efficient, but more human. I believe that people deserve to thrive, that systems should make sense, and that clarity, care, results, and accountability can all live side by side.
